A professional netball player, celebrated athlete and world champion, Bianca shares her experiences, advocates for women in sport, and uses her team leadership skills to support others. She is also a qualified teacher, author, business owner, board director, keynote speaker, and of course, most importantly, a Mum.

Michelle Kerrin is a proud Arrernte and Luritja woman, an Aunty, a sister and daughter. Holding the title of Yaye (big sis), Michelle continues to empower and support her community through her work as a storyteller and artist. Michelle shares knowledge to help First Nations peoples and immersion participants connect with land and culture.

Megan “Megzy” Waters is a proud Warumungu/Yawuru woman whose work is grounded in storytelling, connection, and cultural pride. With over a decade in the fitness and wellness industry and five years in sports media, she brings expertise, warmth, and energy to ALG’s leadership immersions. As a certified breath work facilitator, Nike Trainer, MC, and presenter, Megan helps leaders and teams reset, reconnect, and unlock new perspectives through breath work, mindfulness and journaling.
